[hey nier, are you just walking out of your dorm, expecting to be able to get past the front porch without being impeded? well, too bad, here's rita, walking right into your path.]

Hey, you. You're in that dorm, right? I've got some questions.

[ Well, he isn't too surprised? Hiyori was from his dorm, so he isn't surprised. ]

[ I'mma pretend they introduced or they looked up each other's profiles after murder weekend. In the library, Nier is looking through books, but— ]

Hey, Rita, have you noticed people acting kind of weird?

[rita looks up from the book she's skimming through.]

You mean acting completely nuts? Yeah, I noticed. What the hell is going on?

[ Nier finds a book and pulls it out. ]

For some reason, I've been biting people, too. It's not something I even think about. It just happens? [ ... ] This place is awful.

monday, week 2

[ They are checking out the orchards. ]

I've actually never seen so many fruit trees before.

I mean, we didn't really have any trees where I grew up, but still.

[amain]

Week 3, Tuesday

[somewhere on the campus, rita spots nier and approaches!]

Hey Nier, I wanted to ask--

You stand before a massive golem dormant in an underground ruin. You feel an intense fondness for the giant, hopeful... and distressed when you realize something important is missing from it.

A man wearing the robes of a mage yells from across the room. "And just who are all of you? This place is off-limits, you know!"

Hands on your hips, you shoot him a cocky look. "I think you just gave yourself away. I don't know who you are, but you're definitely not from Aspio if you don't recognize me."

It's enough to get him to drop the act immediately. "Gah! This job is just full of problems. If it's not the Knights, it's a bunch of kids!" He puts something into the golem, which activates suddenly... and swings its arm right into you. Pain shoots through your body as you're knocked into the air and smashed into a pillar. You slump to the ground there, dazed.

One of your companions, a girl with pink hair, runs to your side and casts a healing spell. Strength returns and pain fades, and as you lift your head to look at her, you realize something is very strange. You grab her wrist, trying to look at the bracelet on it.

"Wh-what!?" she cries, startled.

"How did you...?"

"I was just trying to heal your wounds..."

[sorry nier, rita's still finding these jarring as hell, and she grabs her head and tries to find her bearings when the vision ends.]

[ hello pazu what are they doing? Nier will be there! Maybe the taskboard? ]

Hey, Rita. [ Looks at this... ] Got an idea which one is aligned to your dorm?

I was thinking the challenge one might fit, but...

[she's squinting.] The hell does "Gucci" mean?

[amain]

... I was told that it was an expensive brand? For luxury items or something.

[ Moderns are so good to them. ]

It might be an Iris thing. Winter dorm looks fancy.

[after the execution, rita can be found leaning with her back to a tree near the dorms, her arms crossed and her eyes closed. they open when she hears footsteps, and when she sees nier, she gives him a small nod to acknowledge his presence, then glances away.]

[ He definitelt is here, but gives her space. This other tree is his to lean on. ]

You doing all right?

[... is the immediate response, and she's quiet for a bit before finally adding,]

... That idiot was one of the last people I wanted to see go out like that.

wednesday, w6 after mini-events

[ Nier is in the observatory, checking out the telescopes! They're very interesting to him since they're a lot more advanced than he's used to.

So you can use these to see stars better?

When he sees her pass by, he does give her a wave. ]

[rita's just changed into her home clothes after the water fight wrapped up. it looks like they've been washed recently.]

Hey. First time seeing a telescope?

[she couldn't help overhearing.]

[ WATER GUN FIIIGHT. ]

First time I've seen one this advanced. We don't really get to see stars in my world—or at least where I live.

thursday, w6

[in the spring dorm, rita can be found resting on one of the couches (not the one they stole from fall!) with one leg propped up beside her and held straight.

she's changed her clothes, which makes it hard to tell where her injuries are. she's rolled up one sleeve to examine her arm... and rolls it back up when she sees someone nearby. she looks up?

she's surprised for a moment, before she remembers that oh yeah, they have a tunnel.]

... Oh. Hey, Nier.

[amain]

[ WE LOVE SPRUMMER TUNNEL.

Nier wasn't able to keep track at everyone's injuries like Otome did, even when she tried to teach him more about aid, but he's glad to see Rita is doing well. There's a sigh of relief. ]

Hey, Rita. [ Don't mind if he sits somewhere. ] How are you feeling?

[ WE ARE IN SPRING! Because SPRUMMER TUNNEL and Nier is drinking the usual summer tea. ]

[hooray for tunnel! rita's here and in pretty high spirits after everything.]

Yeah. I can't believe everything really worked out...
