That's right. I can if I want, but it's never been a requirement. I might look human but I don't have to eat or sleep as long as I get sunlight and water.

It's pretty much what it sounds like. Magic that comes from spirits. Spirits command the elements, and humans are able to borrow a portion of that power.

Well my tree's more my "real" body, and this is sort of an offshoot of it? I can't protect the forest if I'm rooted in place, after all.
